Little wishlist for the good program

Very good program, thank you for it.
But it would be great if author will add system tray support and will remove icon from dock.
Also want option to manage list of programs where timer freezed.
It is terribly wrong to go to computer to press "Skip" when watching a film in VLC, for example.
