Does what it should, a couple requests

1. Please make this a menu bar application. I hate having an extra running program on my launch bar.
2. The string "Next normal timeout is in xx minutes" is weird. If there are 5 short timeouts every hour, arent those the "normal" ones and the 10 minute timeouts the strange ones?

Otherwise, does exactly what it says. Reminds me to stretch, although I have a hard time making it through the 10 minute break :P
